1. Program Commitment

Burnout Reset is a structured 12-week, 1:1 coaching program.

By enrolling, clients commit to:

• The full 12-week program

• The full program fee 

Coaching capacity and session times are reserved for each client for the full duration of the program.

2. Payments

Clients may choose to:

• Pay in full prior to the start of the program, or

• Pay via a weekly payment plan

Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to spread the cost of the program.
They are not subscriptions.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching services and the reservation of time and capacity:

• Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.

• Payment plans cannot be cancelled once commenced.

• All scheduled payments remain due even if the client chooses to pause or withdraw from coaching sessions.

Withdrawal from coaching does not remove the financial commitment to the full program fee.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or significant unforeseen life events), alternative arrangements may be considered at the discretion of Anna Nowak.

Such arrangements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
