The Burnout Reset is a 12-week, one-to-one signature coaching program designed to support the personal and professional challenges you face every day. Together, we explore the personal and systemic factors that fuel burnout and leave you stuck in survival mode — low in energy, emotionally and mentally drained, and struggling to find meaning in a role that once felt aligned and purposeful. The program is delivered in a calm, empathetic, non-judgemental space where you can pause, feel supported, and begin again without additional pressure. The framework consists of five phases: 1. Safety & Stabilisation – Creating the physiological and psychological safety your nervous system needs to slow down. 2. Permission & Rhythm – Exploring internal pressure, your current rhythm, and the different types of exhaustion and rest. 3. The Healthcare Context – Understanding the external pressures of healthcare systems, hierarchy, moral injury, and psychological safety at work. 4. Capacity & Boundaries – Identifying your total load, including invisible demands, and learning to practice safe boundaries. 5. Identity & Integration – Reconnecting with who you are beyond survival mode and creating a sustainable way forward.
